Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. A contract between you and LEOPARDËT is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Orders are dispatched from San Diego, CA within 1 to 3 business days unless noted on the website. Pre-orders will not ship until the date shown on the product.
We offer international shipping.
If items that you order are out stock, subject to delay or have pricing, detail or description errors, we will contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you, we will cancel your order within 48 hours
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative item that is in stock and available in your size .
All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from us.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been abused or excessively used.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
